The Work With Virtual Assistants service will provide the Client with 3 candidates per batch for up to 2 batches per registration. The Client has an option to hire one Virtual Assistant from the batch. Once the hiring process has started any requests in the job description or changes in the position will not be entertained.
The Client must provide complete and accurate information upon signing up. Client will also need to provide as much information as possible upon the first meeting. This will help us provide you with the best Virtual Assistant fit for your business.
Upon hiring your Virtual Assistant, Work With Virtual Assistants will not be responsible for training, management, communication or payroll. Once the Client agrees to hire a VA, the Client will no longer be given an opportunity to communicate with the other candidates.
Upon hiring a VA, the service will be considered as completed.
12- Day Guarantee
In the unfortunate event that the Virtual Assistant performs poorly, resigns or goes AWOL within 12 days from the hire date, Work With Virtual Assistants will provide a second batch of candidates free of charge.
Second Batch
If for some reason the Client feels that the candidates in the batch are not the right fit, Work With Virtual Assistants will be happy to provide you with a second batch of candidates for free.
After being sent the second batch of applicants, your sign-up for our service will be considered complete. Hiring a Virtual Assistant will be up to the Client. No refund will be granted.
The 12-Day Guarantee will be considered void if the Client requests for a second batch.
Pricing
Pricing for our service may change at any time. Pricing upon signing up will be final and Work With Virtual Assistants will not provide refunds in the event of promotion or price reduction.
Refunds
Work With Virtual Assistants does not offer refunds, unless no work has commenced on our end. In that case a full refund will be guaranteed.
In case a Client postpones hiring, Work With Virtual Assistants will keep the Client’s account active up to 3 months from sign up. You can avail of the service anytime within the given time period. Once the 3-month period is finished, the service is considered completed.
Liability and Limitation
Work With Virtual Assistants will not be liable for the actions of people it hires. Our hiring service will provide you with the top 3 candidates we were able to source. The Client will be working independently with the Virtual Assistant and the Company will not be involved. Please use your VA as your business requires.
Notwithstanding anything written herein to the contrary, the Client and the Company acknowledge and agree that the Company will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
Work With Virtual Assistants will not be liable for any damages arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the service or any material contained in it, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using the service.
Work With Virtual Assistants does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the service is error-free. The service does not guarantee that it will be free from loss, corruption, attack, interference, or other security risks. However, Work With Virtual Assistants will do its best to inform the client if a problem arises.
